Hello everyone! Thanks for joining me. In this video I talk about 3 of the top real-world early depression symptoms. I use examples from my own life, and from Psychological literature to give you 3 signs of depression to look out for early on, perhaps before you even get a diagnosis.
My hope is that videos like this help people to understand Depression, particularly people that may have little experience with the disorder. This should give you some information that may enable you to recognise the signs of depression in yourself, or a loved one, in order for you to get treatment and support as soon as possible.

I suffered Clinical Depression (Unipolar) for well over 10 years, that ultimately left me bed-bound, not showering or eating properly, and attempting suicide. I ended up in a psychiatric facility, where eventually I was able to make my recovery. I then realised I want to dedicate my life to helping people that suffer depression, and went to university to study Psychology.
