7 Habits that Are Endangering Your Mental Health

Maintaining good health is an ever increasing problem in our society, especially since what happened with the events tied to covid. If haven’t already been seeking therapy, we suggest urge you to really give therapy a shot if you have the funds or resources for it. The many health problems people could deal with include clinical depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dossociation dissociative disorders, and the list goes on. In this video, we aim to cover some of the bad habits that may be worsening our mental wellness.
