Maintaining good mental health is an ever increasing problem in our society, especially since what happened with the events tied to covid. If you haven’t already been seeking therapy, we suggest and urge you to really give therapy a shot if you have the funds or resources for it. The many mental health problems people could deal with include clinical depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, dossociation and dissociative disorders, and the list goes on.
