Depression in children rising sharply, research suggests

New from Toronto’s SickKids Hospital suggests there’s been a sharp rise in depressive symptoms among youth due to the pandemic. Researchers tracked 2,700 children throughout the pandemic, and the findings suggest a 50 per cent rise in clinical among children under 12.
