Welcome to week three of MHM, in this one I’m talking about clinical depression, some of the symptoms, how it can occur, how mine came about and why it is I continue to suffer with it.
There may be some triggers in here, I talk of suicidal ideation/thoughts and of an abusive person (psychological), and of bullying. So please watch with that in mind.

There are resources all over the web for anyone who might them in every country. Never hold back out of fear, just go and find out where you can get help and go and ask for it. There is no shame in needing to ask for help.
